When coordinating a major event with multiple vehicles coming and going it is often necessary to have a transportation liaison, or what we call a "Transportation Coordinator" to make sure that every vehicle is where and when it needs to be. With this service you are able to have one person who is in direct communication with all the vehicles so that you can get an arrival update, or redirect a vehicle to get some passengers from a different location. This is your go to person, so you don't have to personally try and remember who is driving which vehicle and then try to call them on your cell. Often a chauffeur may not be able to answer their cell due to safety considerations; however our transportation coordinator has a radio and can contact them relaying a message with out the chauffeur having to even pick up a cell phone thus stream lining the communication.
How do I know if I need a Transportation Coordinator?
You may need a transportation Coordinator if:
- You have multiple vehicles
- You are doing Transportation for more than 50 people
- You have multiple pick up and/or drop off locations
- When you have multiple people coming and/or going to and from the airport
- When you need a helping hand
