Mount Pleasant Winery was established in 1859, and is located in the heart of the Augusta Appellation wine district, the first in the United States, founded in 1980. Napa Valley was the second in 1983. They have more than 85 acres of grapevines producing on our land, where they grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay, and have been since the late ’80s. Thei goal is to reach the hundred-acre plateau. Their wines continue to win numerous national and international awards.
