We are a 24/7 operation. We believe our clients are very important that is why you will reach a live person when you call BEST Transportation of St Louis.
What is your hourly minimum?
Check the rates page. It will depend on the group size and even the type of event. Straight transfers from point A to B are based on an hour of usage. When a ride has additional stops or waiting time, it is then considered an hourly trip.
Do you provide a contract?
Yes, we do. We will send you a complete contract within 2-3 days of booking so you can rest assured that we have your vehicle booked and your rate is guaranteed. Do you provide alcohol in your limos?
No, we do not provide alcohol. We do allow our groups to bring food and drink onto our limousines and limousine buses at no additional charge. We do require that all passengers are 21 years of age or older. Any time we discover an underage passenger on a vehicle with liquor we reserve the right to end the trip immediately or secure the liquor and notify parents and local authorities of the underage passenger.
Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?
No. It is illegal in the state of Missouri to smoke in a commercial vehicle. If anyone in your party smokes in the vehicle the ride will be terminated immediately by the chauffeur and you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee for the vehicle.
What is the chauffeur gratuity requirement?
At BEST Transportation we have All-Inclusive, No Surprise Pricing. There are no required charges for gratuity, fuel or taxes for local metro St. Louis trips. However, gratuity is welcomed.
Can I give my chauffeur gratuity?
Absolutely, if you are pleased with your service.
Can I pay cash for my rental?
Yes, cash is always accepted. We do require that cash events are paid in full prior to the start of your event in our Corporate Office. Our chauffeurs do not collect cash. We also require a Credit Card on file to secure any damages or additional cleaning fees. We accept all major credit cards.
When will I get my receipt?
Our billing department will send your receipt to you within 72 business hours after your trip. This will be sent via email or mail per your request when you set up your account.
Do you have service from the Airport?
Yes, we have both arrival and departure services. Upon arrival at the airport, your chauffeur will be at the designated meeting place with a sign with your name on it and will help you with you luggage and escort you to our car and drive you safely to your destination.

What if I can't find my driver?
We have a 24 hour dispatching; in this case you would call 314-989-1500. You will reach a live person. We will then get information where you are and guide you to the chauffeur. All of our chauffeurs have a Nextel Cell phone with a 2-way radio and can be contacted by the dispatcher immediately.
How do I make a reservation?
Call us at 1-866-272-1200 or local 314-989-1500. One of our Customer Service Specialists will be happy to help complete your reservation and answer any questions you may have.
Are there extra charges for legal holidays?
A Holiday Service surcharge of $20 per hour (or transfer) will be applied for all vehicles for the following Holidays... New Years Eve & Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. Surcharge amount and recognized holidays subject to change.
