Our 24 hour per day dispatching team is always monitoring up to date traffic, weather and flight monitoring to assist our chauffeurs with being on time for your pick-up. So, if your flight comes in early we will be there. Our chauffeurs are required to plan to be on location at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. This extra time enables us to prevent being late in case of unexpected traffic issues.

Airport & Sedan Transfers - If we are late for your scheduled pick up time then you do not pay for that transfer! It is that simple. Just give us a call and we will verify the chauffeur's time and if we are late we will refund your transfer charge. Of course, we will still make sure you get where you need to be quickly but safely.
Hourly Sedan, Limousine & Bus Groups - If we should be late then the amount of time we were late will be deducted from your total hourly charges. (ie. 15 minutes late will result in a quarter hour charge for that vehicle refunded from your final bill)
