Party Bus Prices

Wondering how much a party bus costs? You're at the right place! We're sharing our party bus prices along with tips on how to save money when booking a limo, charter bus, or any one of the vehicles from our fleet.

How Much Does a Party Bus Cost?

One of our most frequently asked questions is "How much does a party bus cost to book for my event?". The answer isn't the same from one event to the next. Why? Because event times, group sizes, and duration of events are always different. Pricing also varies based on the day of the booking. Weekdays are cheaper than weekends. Sunday party buses cost less than Saturday bookings. And, you can always find deals in the off-season, which is typically December through February in St. Louis.

Tips on Saving Money on Party Buses

Booking a private chauffeur isn't cheap, however you can find ways to cut costs.

- Book Off-Season: All of our vehicles are cheaper in the off-season (generally December through February). Weekdays are also cheaper than weekends, which also applies to Fridays! Planning a party bus on a Friday instead of a Saturday will give you significant savings.

- Invite More People: For a party bus, the cost will be cheaper per person if you have more attendees. Consider inviting more friends or family to join in on the fun!

- Reduce Wait Times/Idle Time: All of our party buses are charged by the hour. So, if your party bus starts at 5:00 p.m., you'll want to make sure all of your guests are ready to go on-time. This won't happen if people are running late (we all have that one friend that's always late!). We recommend asking everyone to arrive early, so that you can be ready to hop on the bus right on-time, to arrive at your destination. At least a half an hour, or you can plan a pre-party with food and drinks starting an hour or so ahead of time, so everyone is ready to roll!

- Have a Plan: We see this all the time with party bus bookings; the planner has booked a bus for 4 hours, and has 5-6 destinations on the list. Unless these places are right next door to each other; like a Soulard Pub Crawl; there is no way you'd be able to enjoy that many places in that amount of time. Have a plan, but make sure you are flexible if you want to keep things under budget.

To get rolling for your next event, we just need your event date, number of people, along with starting/ending times (ending time can be flexible!) to offer you a quote. When you're ready, we're just a phone call or message away!
